Enchiladas Rio Grande

Three enchiladas made with corn tortillas, one with shredded cheese, one with ground beef, and one with shredded chicken. Topped with red enchilada sauce, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Served with rice and beans.
